How do I order an eBook?
EBooks are listed in Cistercian Publications store in the same manner as print books. Look for the binding description under the title (Hardcover, Paperback, eBook, etc.). We have also created a link to find all of our eBooks in one location. Click here to view them. To order an eBook, simply add it to your shopping cart, the same as you would a print book. How long do I have access to the eBooks files that I purchase?
The standard timeframe you must download your files within, is 250 days from date of purchase. However, once you download the files, you may keep them for your personal use as long as you wish.
What if my Internet connection is interrupted when I'm downloading a large file?
It is recommended to login to your account and simply re-download the file. This will ensure that the file is not corrupted, which may be the case if you allow the browser to attempt to continue the original download.
What if I change computers?
You may download your purchased files from any computer as long as it is within the standard timeframe from the date you purchased the eBook. If you need to move the book to another computer after the standard timeframe, you may do so using a USB drive, by emailing it to yourself, or by any other means available to you. It is your file to transfer to another computer as you wish as long as it is for your personal, noncommercial use.
Do your eBooks contain Digital Rights Management (DRM)?
No. Cistercian Publications has decided not to include DRM on the eBooks available through the website. Click here to see our statement regarding DRM.
