Returns Policy

Returns cannot be processed without a copy of the invoice or invoice number. Books may be returned for credit without permission at any time provided that the books are still cataloged in the current brochure and order form and are in saleable condition. Please provide the invoice number and the reason for return, and state whether you wish credit, replacement, or refund. No credit will be allowed for postage on shipments delivered as ordered, and no items can be accepted for return that have been price-marked or owner-marked in any way.

Items sent on approval do not require written permission for return; however, be sure to include the invoice for proper credit.
