Returns Policy

Returns cannot be processed without a copy of the invoice or invoice number. Books may be returned for credit without permission at any time within one year of original purchase, provided that the books are still cataloged in the current General Catalog and are in saleable condition. Saleable condition means, for example, no stickers, price marking or obvious damage (torn or bent covers, text marking, dog-eared pages, dirt, water damage, sun damage, etc.).  This return policy does not apply to books purchased on sale, under “no returns” conditions, audio or video products, or annual publications. Please provide the invoice number and the reason for return, and state whether you wish credit, replacement, or refund. No credit will be allowed for postage on shipments delivered as ordered.

Items sent on approval do not require written permission for return; however, be sure to include the invoice for proper credit.
