Permission is considered for single use only and only for educational and liturgical uses and only on the condition that the author, translator, publisher, title of the work, title of the volume and copyright date are identified on each copy.

The application must state the purpose, date and number of copies to be made. If photocopied materials are to be sold, the price must be stated.
Permission is not granted for photomechanical reproduction of full treatises unless the work has gone out of print.
